Shipping:
Shipping within the UK is free.
Shipping for overseas orders can be found by adding items to your cart and visiting the checkout. We regularly ship internationally to Europe, USA and Australia.
For destinations beyond these territories contact us.

Customs and import taxes:
Duties and taxes are included in the cost of shipping.

Processing time:
Orders are normally processed within 5 working days and are dispatched from our studio in the UK via international or domestic DHL Express service.

Returns & Exchanges:
If you would like to return items or your purchase is unsuitable, we are happy to provide a full refund or exchange for goods in their original packing and in a fully re-saleable condition. This applies if you’re unsatisfied with the product or if you’ve simply changed your mind.
To make a return please notify us by email within 14 days and return the goods within 30 days.
Regretfully, exchanges or refunds are not permitted if the Goods have been specially made to order or altered for Customer requirements.

All packaging has been made from recycled materials and is biodegradable.
